Our Shipping Approach

To minimize unnecessary inventory storage and reduce environmental impact, many Gracevant™ products are shipped directly from our trusted production and fulfillment partners.

This approach allows us to:

• Support a more eco-conscious and streamlined supply chain

1. Processing Time & Shipping Fees

All orders are prepared with care.

Order Processing:
Please allow 2–4 business days for processing, quality inspection, and packaging.

High-Volume Periods:
During holidays or peak seasons, processing may extend up to 5 business days.

Shipping Cost:
A flat rate of $5.99 applies to all U.S. orders.


2. Estimated Delivery Windows

Delivery timing may vary based on location due to fulfillment from multiple global partners.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note:

• Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear
• Delays in tracking updates do not mean your order is lost


4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, products are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

• Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility
• Gracevant™ is not liable for delays caused by customs processing


5. Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery.

To modify or cancel an order, contact service@gracevant.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

After processing begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Your satisfaction is our priority.

Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives damaged, send a photo within 72 hours and we’ll arrange a free replacement.

Lost in Transit:
If the carrier confirms your package is lost, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
