Shipping fees paid during checkout are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct product exchanges.

6. European Union Customers

For orders delivered within the European Union, customers have the legal right to cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery.

This EU cancellation right applies separately from our standard 30-day return policy.
